Jesus loved the little children and so do we.

 NURSERY

There are two nurseries, one for babies and on for toddlers to two years of age.  Children are welcomed by our loving nursery staff.  Whether they want to play with our toys, sit and read with an adult, or just take a nap - they will find a place to do just that.

Parents who want to keep their children with them will find our cry room located next to the sanctuary.  It's a place to participate in worship and parent at the same time.

KIDS ALIVE

Club Programs

Wednesday nights find our church full of children.  Our Kids Alive programs are designed for children ages 4 through 5th grade and meets most Wednesday evenings at 6:25 PM.

BRITE MITES - 4 & 5 year olds  They may be too young for school but they are not too young to learn about Jesus.

FIREFLIES - K to 2nd grade  They enjoy hearing Bible stories, playing games, doing crafts, singing, and memorizing Scripture.

GLO GIRLS - grades 3 - 5  Besides the activities listed above, Glow Girls really enjoy getting to know their Prayer Pals throughout the year.

BEACONS - grades 3-5

Boys will learn about what it means to be a follower of Christ.

 SUNDAY SCHOOL

AND

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

Sundays are important for children at North.  Children age 3 through 1st grade enjoy a special Children's Church that takes place during part of the worship service.

Sunday School starts at 9:15 AM

Children enjoy a time of singing together before breaking into their separate classes. Several times during the year the children sing during a worship service. Classes for all ages.

The classes for 2012 are:

2-3 year olds -- Joyce Greenberg & Diana Gagnon
4-Kindergarten -- Lois Gustafson & Diane Dee
1st & 2nd Grade -- Nancy Westfall
3rd Grade -- Scott Gabrielson
4th-5th Grade -- Mike Schoeneck
Junior High -- Greg Kneller Spence
Senior High -- David Greer
Depending on the time of year, our children may be involved in a number of fun activities.  Summertime finds them playing softball or attending Vacation Bible School.  In December they will be getting ready for the Christmas program. Several times during the year they get together for a family fun night at church.
